We loved our stay in Hope Cottage the house was in perfect condition, super clean and homely. We loved taking full advantage of the cozy lounge and the coffee machine in the kitchen! Katie was a perfect host, and the bread eggs and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. The huge bathroom was a massive plus, we would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.
Comfortable place. Katie and Mark had provided everything we needed to feel settled for a week in Suffolk. The house is within a short walk of the village pub and some nice footpaths around the countryside.
I cannot say enough. From the first till the last the whole experience has been wonderful. Katie is a superb host and the photos do not do the place enough justice. Clean, tidy, equipped, well presented, immaculate and ideal.
A wonderful hot sunny week in Ufford at Hope Cottage – clean, cute, beautiful English cottage in Suffolk. We went for a nearby wedding and then I stayed for a week to get some work and quiet reading done. And I was able to do just that.
Lovely, cute little cottage with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Very friendly hosts, who were in close contact for anything needed, and with very thoughtful touches like some Christmas decorations, and tea, milk, bread for when I arrived. When I tell you that it’s the third time we have stayed at Hope Cottage and are already planning our next trip you’ll get some idea of how much we love it. The cottage is just perfect for a couple and is so comfortable and stylish. The bed is super comfy, the bedding and linen lovely, and that bathroom is sheer luxury. We particularly love the location – handy for Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo, Orford, Aldeburgh and Southwold, all of which are lovely coastal places to visit.
